Versa Lite won't hold a charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After charging my versa lite, it has completely stopped working. It will not power on at all (and yes, I’ve attempted the 10 second power button hold MANY times....it buzzes once and nothing).
I have put it back on the charger, and it had 98%....I came back a few hours later and now it is at 15%, but I did not use it in that timeframe.
I am really disappointed...this was a replacement that I paid for with a discount because my Charge 3 was doing the EXACT same thing.

I need this fixed ASAP.

Hi,

Thank you for the tips, however, the main problem I have is that my watch won’t turn on at all. The secondary issue is the battery. I need to be able to turn the watch on.

I have tried all the restart tips.
