Hi there @tatoman324, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite's battery life is not lasting as expected. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to continue helping you.

As you may know, your Versa Lite battery should last up to 4 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or animated clock faces. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please follow the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

I've moved your post to Other Versa Smartwatches for organization purposes.

Let me know how it goes.

The warranty of the product is only 1 year, I understand that, Butt your product should last longer that two years at $180 dollars is pricy.

I feel that i could have going to wish and got one, if that broke in two years i would not care, I felt that getting a name brand like FITBIT will be worth the money. Very disappointed will NOT be buying another FITBIT.

I just started having the same issue yesterday.  I bought mine on black Friday 2019. It's now 1/12/2021. So it didn't even last a full 14 Months. 😡😡
