Versa Lite won't let me swipe the screen

My Versa Lite doesn't change screens when I swipe it.  would turning it off and back on fix that? If that is the solution how do I do that?

I’m having the same issue. Was able to shut off an alarm this morning and now no response whatsoever. 😞

I talk to a Fitbit rep and he walked me through some things that might fix
the problems but it didn't work he sent me a form to fill out for
replacement.
