So guys, the thing is... I have a versa lite and I’ve noticed that the hour wasn't syncing. My watch was at least 2 hours delayed so I went to the Fitbit app and noticed that my watch wasn't syncing. So I decided to remove the versa from my account, forget the device on the mobile phone Bluetooth and restart the versa. My versa didn't restart as I was expecting, instead, it started to show a message ”data not cleared sync and try again”. I thought it really strange because I didn't set the versa to clear the data. After several attempts to reconnect and update my device with the app, the device synced and updated. But after the update I've noticed that the versa wasn't syncing. So I decided to disconnect it by forgetting the device on the fitibit app and on the mobile Bluetooth settings. Now the fitbit app can’t find my Versa. I’ve restarted my mobile phone, my versa and reinstalled the fitbit app several times, but still, my versa can’t connect to my phone. I also tried to sync my versa with the Fitbit app on another mobile phone and the problem still.
I’m using an iphone 11 with the latest osx and versa and fitbit app with latest versions too. I’m really disappointed. I’ve never had problems with fitbit before. I really need some help here.
