Hi there, @NZZ. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa Lite. I understand where your concern is coming from.

While I was reading your post, it seems that your Versa Lite won't connect to your phone again as you have unpaired your Fitbit device from the Fitbit app, but not yet from your phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest trying these steps in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Note: Please make sure the mobile phone you're syncing with meets the requirements listed here.

Hope that helps.

Hello, i tried everything that you already said, nothing seems to work, i even tried connecting the device on another phone it didnt work, i tried to connect another fitbit(hr inspire) on my phone and it worked, so the problem is not from the phone or the application, the problem seems to be from the versalite itself, i contacted the shop where I bought it, they told me to contact you online in ordere for you to check the watch and see where the problem is from, so mainly I am waiting for your help please. I event reset the watch however no result!
