Just retired my Blaze after 4 years excellent service to set up a Versa Lite and despite following all the instructions the Fitbit app just won't let me set up the new device.I have a Samsung Galaxy A10 which is compatible with the Versa Lite and have paired it with the Bluetooth setting.I've tried switching this on and off but nothing seems to work.Any suggestions folks?

Hi there @bazlufc, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. Thanks for troubleshooting your Versa Lite prior to posting here.
If you used to have your Blaze paired to your Galaxy A10, please remove it from your phone's Bluetooth settings so it won't interfere with the set up process of your new Versa Lite. Once you've made sure that your Blaze no longer appears on your phone's Bluetooth settings, try turning off your phone for 10 seconds and then turn it back on. Also, restart your Versa Lite as described here.
Now, please follow the steps provided here to complete the set up process How do I set up my Fitbit device? Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.

Thanks for the quick response.Removing my Blaze from my phones bluetooth settings was one of the first things I did.In the end I deleted the Fitbit app from my phone and re-installed it(I read about trying this somewhere else on here).This did the trick and installation was a breeze after that.
