Versa Lite won't pair with iPhone

My versa light is only about four months old. It is now no longer pairing with my iPhone,it’s also starting to lose time, right now it’s 15 minutes behind but gradually getting slower and slower.  Charged it fully yesterday.  I’ve done all the steps to try to re-establish the connection.

Exactly the same issue. Only had mine since Mother’s Day. Did the update and then boom. It’s now useless.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your Versa Lite devices. Then, please move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I have already gone through all the steps to try to pair up with my iPhone. Nothing has worked. Not very happy as this watch is not that old.
