Fitbit wouldn't sync, removed from Bluetooth and now tracker cannot repair, Bluetooth cannot find versa lite, I have uninstalled n reinstalled app 3 times, no joy, any ideas

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Tried that. Doesn't work. Bluetooth won't even detect the Versa Lite. Tried shutting the Versa Lite down and restarting. No effect. Have even done a factory reset in desperation and now the Versa Lite keeps asking me to download the app....which obviously I've done! Everything I try seems to make things worse  - help!
