My versa lite tracker will charge but the screen is black. Once it's off the charger it won't power on. It wasn't dropped or anything so I'm not sure why it won't turn on. Any idea on what I should do to get it working again?

Hi @JAntoinette, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the screen issue that your Versa Lite has experienced.
In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the display stays on after you unplug it from the charger.
