I did a restart because the watch stopped measuring my heartbeat. Now it won't synce and it is staying on the Download the App screen (in multiple languages). The watch is now useless. Help!

Nevermind - I figured it out. Had to delete all other Fitbit accounts still listed in my bluetooth and the Fitbit app and reinstall. Ugggh.

@EMcFS Hi. Sounds more like you reset it? They do that when new or factory reset usually. Try going into the phone app and re adding it. That would normally get you to the 4 digit code step.

Any ideas for how to get the heart rate monitor to work. I have done all the suggestions that are in the community boards - turn on, turn off, restart watch, complete reboot of watch ( which was a pain cause it erased all my settings). I still can't get a green light. If it is broken, then I just want someone to tell me that and I'll buy another watcch that can track my heartbeat. Suggestions?

@EMcFS Sounds like a hardware problem. Not much you can do. My Versa 2 has an on and off switch for heartrate in settings. Have looked for that and verified it's on, it the lite has that option? Also maybe try toggling it off and on? The lite is a pretty old unit. Maybe it's just wore out?
