Versa Lite won't receive notifications from my phone

Not able to receive notifications on my Fitbit. Have tried all trouble shooting. Anyone any ideas?

Hi there @Joannec6, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details shared in your post and for letting me know that you've tried all troubleshooting steps to receive notifications on your Versa Lite.

In order for me to better assist you, would you mind confirming that you've tried the steps provided in this help article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
