I’ve seen Fitbit are releasing a new Versa 3 does that mean all the other models are going to start working again for call and text notifications?

In regards to your inquiry, please note the release of our new Versa 3 has nothing to do with the functionality of the notifications on our Fitbit trackers and smartwatches.

well it kind of does because if you are marketing new watches to receive notifications but if your current ones do not receive them because you can't keep up with the updates isn't this false advertising?
My notifications have not worked on my Versa Lite since the start on the year and i have tried every trick in the book to make them work but nothing. My watch has only just clicked over 12 months and i would say I've only had it properly working for half of this time.
