Versa Lite won't receive notifications

Hi I can’t get my notifications to come through on my Fitbit all notifications are enabled on both my phone and the Fitbit itself.

Hi @User10101010, have you tried the steps listed here?  Also, please note that if you have an Apple product, there is a ticker at the top of the page saying:

 

"Updated 10/9/19: We’re aware that some customers may experience a compatibility issue with notifications after updating their iPhone to iOS 13. We’re hard at work to resolve this issue. See this thread for details and troubleshooting steps."-Fitbit ticker
