I am not getting notifications on my versa lite. I have uninstalled my app and reinstalled it and also reset my watch. This is very frustrating. Any idea what is going on?

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

@JuanJoFitbit thank you -- I will look at that article. I have a Pixel 3a for my phone. For some reason it has seemed intermittent -- it will work and then the syncing quits and it doesn't. It has been a pattern for awhile (app update possibly?). I'll check out the article and see what else I can do. Thank you 😊
