Versa Lite won't receive text notifications from my iPhone 6S Plus

I have a versa lite and an iPhone 6s Plus and my texts do not come through to my Fitbit , all notifications are on and my what’s app and phone calls come through but not text , any ideas

Hi there @Yvonne111, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issues you've been having with the text notifications on your Versa Lite. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot this issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to help you.

By any chance are the iMessages the ones not coming through your watch? I also have an iPhone and I did have a similar inconvenience, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Hello there, I'm having a similar issue (not receiving messages) but I have a Huawei... Do you have any idea of what I could do about that by any chance? 🙂
