My Versa Lite will not receive texts or calls. It will receive notifications from WhatsApp. I have disconnected-reconnected, uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app, restarted the watch, reset the app, checked notification settings on my phone and inside the app-nothing seems to work. I am looking for some answers. I was hoping the latest update would fix my problem - this has been an issue for a while, but it did not.

Hi there, @Dillbla. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. 

If by any chance you're on an iOS device, may I know if the text messages you're not receiving are iMessages? I had a pretty similar issue as yours, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".

If the steps above don't resolve the issue with the text and call notifications, please make sure you've reviewed this help article Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
