Versa Lite won't respond to anything

I have a used Versa Lite, fully charged it and did a Factory Reset to remove the previous owner's information, and now it is completely dead---it doesn't even recognize the charger.  I've watched the videos and tried all of the fixes and nothing works?  Any help out there??
