Just bought a versa Lite and downloaded the Fitbit app for the first time and created my account. Got everything started and it said it found my Fitbit, but when it asks for the 4 digit code that displays on my Fitbit, my phone says it's not working, try again. I have powered the Fitbit on and off 3 times, my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my Bluetooth on and off, forgot all Bluetooth devices previously paired to my phone and it still says try again. What should I do??

I think this is a server issue. I just bought the lite too and I have an iPhone and it won’t pair. Stuck at the same point. It has something to do with a new iOS update I believe.

Same here but with versa 2 and Android. I've literally tried everything I can think of and everything from the trouble shooting page. So frustrating
