So my screen stopped responding to touch. I reset the watch to factory settings and tried to set it back up again with my iPhone X. However it keeps failing during the update this time. When I first got this watch a couple months ago, it took hours to update but it did not fail. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Phxx69.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with setting up and updating your Versa Lite after you've done a factory reset to resolve the issue with screen not responding to touch. Thank you for your efforts, I recommend using your computer if possible. Plug the charging cable into a computer and update over Bluetooth again. For step-by-step instructions, see this help article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
Let me know if the issue persists, I'll be around.

Thank you for the advice. I ended up buying a new one. It is working very well and just amplified how much the other one was not. There was obviously an issue with my original one from the beginning but I had not realized it until I got the new one.
