My fitbit versa lite was losing time and wont sync to my phone I have followed every advice given on this page it is now stuck on factory reset and just keeps saying download fitbit app. I've re installed this several times
Still nothing

I have tried all of this. It says it needs to update it goes so far then back to the same message.
