Versa Lite won't show anything on the screen except notifications

How do get my watch to show all things like time, date, heart rate on face of watch.

To better assist you, would you mind confirming which Fitbit device you have? It seems like you have a Versa Lite. 

With that being said, please restart your Versa Lite as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Pjt9958 - you don't say which watch you have, but you probably have enabled Always On - head to the Quick Settings view [old Versas, long press button, often] later models swipe the watch face right or down.

 

There in Quick Settings enable Wrist wake and disable Always On, Sleep and Do not disturb  if they are on.
