Showing wrong date and time. It’s fully charged and I reprogrammed it as if it was a new Fitbit. It is still showing yesterday’s date and time it probably ran out of battery power. Help! Thanks

Hi @LoriAnnG - normally when you sync your watch it will set the time correctly. If the watch loses power the time can stop changing.
If not, in the Fitbit App Click on profile photo, App settings and turn off automatic time zone and location and enter the time zone manually and then sync.
You may be able to revert back to the original settings once this has been done so that it sets the time normally when you sync the watch next.

Hi there, @LoriAnnG. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out.
Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, as @Guy_ suggested, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Also, note that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Inspire is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a complete different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
Hope that helps!
