I have not worn my Fitbit for some time due to an accident. I charged it up and although the time was incorrect, which I tried unsuccessfully to change, once I started wearing it corrected itself. However, since then first the minutes kept changing and now the hours. Can anyone help?

I have a Versa Lite. I do sync regularly and the time was right, but just changed of its own accord and I can’t change it back!! It has never done this before.

Hi @AP56 - there are several issues that affect time.
Try a sync, then do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it, then sync.
This should set it to the correct time. If it fails to do so go to the Fitbit app, app settings and turn off automatic time zone and location and set the time zone manually and sync again.
If the watch continues to show a faulty time try changing the clock face, and if that doesn't resolve it, try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
