Versa Lite won't start after the update

I had a message to update tracker and now it won’t restart, tried every possible way to get it working but just says update has failed, please download the Fitbit app to get started.

@Hannah.sayell, I'm sorry for the late response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community and I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't restart and it only shows a message asking you to download the app.

 

Please try setting up your Versa from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have done this already, still failing to update, turned it off and on, deleted and re downloaded the app. Still nothing.
