For the past week, 5 times now, my Versa Lite won't sync to my phone app (Samsung GalaxyS21, running Android Version 11). It seems to lose connection sometime in the middle of the night, though today it lost connection sometime between noon and 5pm.
I have done everything you're supposed to do to fix the issue, restarted my phone, restarted the Versa, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth off and then back on. I've now had to delete my Versa from the Fitbit app and re-pair it five times, and multiple times I've had problems re-pairing as well.
I'm completely lost on where to go from here.
