Versa Lite won't stay connected with phone

I've had my versa Lite for a year now and it will not stay synced to my phone for more than 24 hours. It's a constant cycle of having to delete the device and start fresh almost every day. Someone give me advice please it's driving me insane. I bought the watch for work!

Let me help you with your Versa lite not properly syncing with your phone. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
