My versa lite keeps going off. I have to continually restart. I get it charged and synced and put it on and it turns off after a little while of wearing. I have not been able to use.

Every time my versa is removed from the charger it turns off. This has been happening since the last firmware bricked it. Maybe the next firmware will fix it. Hopefully! since its out of warranty and all and not supported anymore by fitbit.

I'm still in limbo waiting on the fitbit app to get the new firmware update. I'm stuck on 32.70.8.0 which has left my watch completely useless. It's older than 12 months so there is no option from fitbit about a fix here in the US. I can only hope that the software fix will restore this disposable watch to working order again.

While the firmware version 71.6.19 is still rolling out to all our members, please try the tips suggested in my previous post and keep me posted with the outcome.
