Versa Lite won't stay synced to my phone

I really am not happy with my watch it doesn't let me sync and yes I do everything they've told me on the phone and yes it works for that day but I don't want to keep having to delete the app and Re start it everyday. I would like to send my watch back it just isn't good enough that I'm having this many problems with it after a short amount of time.
How do I go about sending it back and getting the money back for it

Before anything else, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

 

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance. 

 

Since the issue persist after trying to troubleshoot the issue with your watch, please feel free to update your case with our Support TeamThey will be able to continue to work with you and review your options.

Thanks for getting back to me, I have checked if my phone is on the list and it is. I've gone on a walk and used strava to calculate my map and everything and that worked perfectly so I know its the watch/ fitbit app and not my phone. I'm gutted because I love the watch but it just doesn't fill the requirements that it says it does.

I do just want to send it back now as I've tried everything and nothing works I just don't want to keep having to Re start the watch and the app on my phone everytime I want to use it. 

Only had it 3 months just very annoying
