Versa Lite won't swipe anymore

Within the past few weeks, my Fitbit Versa lite no longer swipes.  I am unable to view anything other than my heartrate and clock face.  Any ideas?

Hi there @jonapa3, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa Lite. 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I rebooted the watch multiple times and nothing changed.  I do not understand how to change the clock face - followed the steps, but don't see an option for my clock face.

@jonapa3 Thanks for the update and for following the tips and recommendations I shared.

To change your clock face:

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and tap Select to install it.
  4. Sync your device to see the change.

Note that to update the clock face on your watch, you must have no more than 38 apps installed.

I did as you described and can finally see my steps; however, i still don't have the ability to swipe to see heartrate and other items.  The first time I swipe it does nothing.  If I continue to swipe, it reboots itself.  Any ideas?
