Within the past few weeks, my Fitbit Versa lite no longer swipes. I am unable to view anything other than my heartrate and clock face. Any ideas?

Hi there @jonapa3, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa Lite.
Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@jonapa3 Thanks for the update and for following the tips and recommendations I shared.
To change your clock face:
Note that to update the clock face on your watch, you must have no more than 38 apps installed.

I did as you described and can finally see my steps; however, i still don't have the ability to swipe to see heartrate and other items. The first time I swipe it does nothing. If I continue to swipe, it reboots itself. Any ideas?

@jonapa3 I appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above. Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums. Note that we may take a bit long to get back to you since due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
