Fitbit won't update after factory reset. Also would not keep correct time.

Hi there, @Wildman5. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa Lite.
If you performed a factory reset on your Versa Lite without first unpairing it from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings, that would explain why it's no longer syncing nor keeping the correct time. With that being said, please try the steps below:
- Remove your Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Turn off the Bluetooth.
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
- Turn on the Bluetooth.
- Set up your Versa Lite again.
- If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.
If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

I've had a versa lite that was not used for months, Once I started using it again it did not get synced with my phone. Once I did a factory reset the whole watch just stays on the screen that says download Fitbit app. I have tried everything that you've mentioned. I still cant get my watch detected on my phone. I also tried multiple phones same issue,
