I updated my Versa Lite to firmware version 38.70.7.14 yesterday and since then it won't sync and I'm not getting any alerts. When I try to manually sync it, it runs for a long time before timing out and showing a red exclamation point in the app. The watch is actually losing time because it's not being corrected by the syncs. The only way to get it to sync is to re-add the device to the app. It will sync as part of the pairing process but then I'm right back where I started. Is this a bug in the firmware or...?

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.

I think the issue was that the bluetooth was on on my tablet as well as my phone and it was getting confused. It seems to have been working fine since I turned that off.
