Versa Lite won't sync and constantly loses connection to my phone

My Fitbit versa lite is now more and more unsyncing and disconnecting. Where I have trouble reconnecting via turning off device, then re sync Bluetooth. I like my versa lite but getting frustrated at it always doing this. Help!
