Versa lite will not keep time.
Won't connect to sync.
I've done all troubleshooting techniques... restarting, unpairing, etc...

Hi there, @ChrissyDoll13. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, I suggest trying the following:
1. Remove the Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa Lite.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa Lite.
If the issue persists, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
On a side note, please know if you're an Android user, you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up your Versa 3. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device? and if needed, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I have done all of that. I unpaired and now it won't even find my Fitbit. And yes, my phone is compatible. Everything was fine up until Sunday. This is my second Fitbit in three years. Definitely rethinking my brand.

I did everything the Best Answer said to do for the losing time issue. Day five and nothing works. I was able to reset up the app on my phone after reinstalling the app. Also connected to WiFi. Still 45 minutes slow. Seemed to happen after running out the battery. Took about 45 minutes to get it on its charger.
