Versa Lite won't sync and it's losing time since the update

I recently did an update to my Versa Lite and my iPhone 8.  Now my Versa won't stay connected to Bluetooth and won't keep time.  I've shut both my phone and Versa off and back on with no luck.  I've deleted the Versa from my phone and added it back with no luck.  Now I've done a factory reset and I have been trying to update it for the last few hours and it keeps failing.  HELP!!
