Hi everyone.

Thanks for continue reporting the issues you experience and also for every single step you've done already. I apologize that this issue continues affecting your stats, as well for the experience with our customer service.

I'm glad to hear that some of you are already back on track after following the recommendations provided here or after contacting our Support Team. I must say that I really appreciate all of you are helping each other. For the ones who are still working with our Support Team I'd suggest to keep your conversation with them as they know what's the next step to try after everything you have done.

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Said so, I'd appreciate if you're still having syncing difficulties, check and follow the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I'd also recommend taking a look at this article: What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?

As for the inquiries about the compatibility of your mobile devices, you can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

I hope this helps you, I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Wasted a day trying all the things they asked you to do. Finally agreed it
was defective. Agreed to send a replacement - this is the second time in
six months. I was informed it was shipped on the morning of the 23rd,
reached FedEx facility on the afternoon of the 26th. Still do not have it.
I guess preparing a shipping slip, is the same as actually shipping. Will
never buy another fitbit.

I bought a Garmin. even with the singular outage they had, it is still 100
times better. Loving it every day. Sleep tracker is different, but body
battery is cool as well as stress and Vo2 meter.

I threw my fitbit in the trash well over a year and a half ago. Got an
Amazfit GTS 2 min. Doesn't have the bells and whistles of a Fitbit, but a
third the price, has lasted a year and a half, (twice as long as the
fitbit), so I am happy.
