My fitbit will not sync with phone or keep time. This is after multiple re starts and updating app. Any help suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi there, @Achristy. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out.
Did you change phones recently? May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, I suggest trying the following:
1. Remove the Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa Lite.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa Lite.

Mine is doing the same thing! No new phone and I’ve tried all of these steps.
