Hi there, @wmnonmission. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!

As a first approach, please make sure that your Samsung S22 meets the requirements listed here. Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

Also, I'd like to know if you're also using MobileTrack? If so, please note if you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

As it seems that you've MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @wmnonmission - if you can't sync you can't set the time.

Have you tried logging out of the Fitbit app and  restarting both the watch and the phone?
