I have a versa lite that's not even a year old. It stopped syncing with the app on my galaxy s10. I did every suggestion that was in the forum. Now I can't even add the device because my phone Bluetooth is not finding the versa lite. Its getting very frustrating. Its been two days of trying. Any suggestions before I throw the fitbit out the window. Feeling extremely frustrated since I really loved it.

Hi there @Cmontan, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling frustrated due to the connectivity issues with your Versa Lite. Thanks for letting me know that you've already troubleshooted your watch prior to posting here.
If you continue having issues, please try the steps below:
If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Give this a go and let me know if after linking your watch again to the Fitbit app you continue having syncing difficulties. I'll be around, keep me in the loop.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I’m having the same problem. Started about a week ago with the time being off by a few minutes. Now my app can’t find my Fitbit. I’ll try the steps you mentioned and hope it works. Very frustrating
