Versa Lite won't sync to my Google Pixel 2

My Versa Lite will not connect to my pixel 2 phone.  I have updated my operating system on the phone, turned the Bluetooth off and back on, restarted the Fitbit, and even did a factory reset on the Fitbit.  It will not reconnect with mynphone

I called customer support. We did a restart and it's working fine now.
