Hi,
i need some help with my versa lite.
i haven’t switch on my versa lite for almost 3 months, the last time was on September then the batt was low then my versa lite was switched off.
last week i charged it back & switch it on, however my iphone couldn’t detect my bersa lite.
i tried
- deleting the device & add it back to the app (unsuccessful)
- uninstall & reinstall the app (unsuccessful)
- switching on & off the Bluetooth of my iphone (unsuccessful)
whatever i did my iphone still couldn’t detect my versa lite, so i cannot update the watch at all

Hi @Ireneariessa - make sure that the watch is fully charged, restart both watch and phone and try again.
It is possible that the watch is still paired with another device from when you last used it. Make sure that is not the case.
To see if it is a watch problem use this What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?
This will see if the watch has a working Bluetooth.
