Received my Fitbit in 2019, worked great until last week. Time is not accurate, device not syncing. I have installed/uninstalled app too many times to mention, did an iOS update on my phone yesterday and it finally synced (although I lost all 20,000+ steps) but I was just happy it synced. Today, having the same issues again with syncing. Anyone else having the same issues?

Hello,
Thank you for getting back to me.
The issue is still persists and I am using my old Charge 2 because the Versa Lite will not sync consistently.
Any additional help would be appreciated as I just got the Versa Lite in Dec. 2019.
