Versa Lite won't sync to my phone after charging it

Every time I charge my Versa Lite (which is often because the battery drains within 3 days), it won't sync to my phone unless I restart my phone. Why is this issue happening?

Hi there, @Jose_Ole. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite. 

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

I'd recommend trying the following steps to see if the issue persists afterwards:

1. Remove the Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa Lite.
4. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
5. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
6. Set up your Versa Lite.

As for the battery short life, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
