Versa Lite won't sync to my phone

I'm out of options. For the last month my Lite hasn't act right. The time is always wrong and it takes several tries to get it to sync. I have tried to log out of the app, unpair, reinstalling the app, turn off/on bluetooth, restart the phone/fitbit. Not even my laptop will sync to it. I did a factory reset on the Lite (it took 3 days for it to finally reinstall/turn on). It took 1 full day to update to version 38.71.6.19. I got the fitbit in April. Anything else I can try?

While reading your post I was wondering what's the model of the phone you're syncing with? Please check if your phone is included here: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

On the other hand, if you haven't done so yet, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Have you tried syncing with another mobile device? Is your watch or the Fitbit app giving you any error message?
