Hi I am having a problem where I have to reinstall my Fitbit every couple of day as it is unable to sync with the app. I have checked that my Bluetooth is on and have restarted my versa lite but still this has not fixed the issue. Is there anything else I can do before having to delete and reinstall it on my phone again?
