What us happening......for the last few weeks having issues trying to sync to phone.....yep after accepting update.......now info going missing.....account details button ....gone......some of the graph sheets.....gone ...mainly from sleep info and heart rate info.......

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
If you continue experiencing difficulties after trying the above steps, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
