My Versa Lite Edition will not charge. Received message battery low also low battery indicator came on. been on charger for 24 hours. help.

@galsea welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa Lite since it won't take a charge, even though you left it on the charger for 24 hours.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge and comes back to life.
