Versa Lite won't track any of my data

My fitbit is not tracking anything either on fitbit or phone. I've done everything the chat line told me to do, but still nothing apart from every hour it tells me how many steps I need to complete the hour. Please help. Mary

They probably told you to restart both watch and phone?

What you can try is removing the Bluetooth entry for the versa from your phone and logging out of the Fitbit App.

Then restart the phone and Shutdown the watch in Settings, About, Shutdown.

After 10 seconds place it on the charger, to restart it, and login to the Fitbit App, do a pull down to refresh and then go to the home screen on the phone without closing the Fitbit App.

A sync pop up should appear, click on it and it should reestablish a pair and link.
