Versa Lite won't track my heart rate anymore

Hi, a couple months ago I got my Versa Lite and everything was working fine I went to the skatepark and had a nasty Falkland cracked the screen still everything was working fine but a little while later the heart rate stopped tracking and was stuck at 78bpm and then it was stuck at zero I've tried everything and this is my last ditch attempt at trying to fix it.

Hi @WesleyLewis_625 - unfortunately if the screen cracks water can get in and is not covered by warranty.

However check the watch settings option and toggle the Heart Rate option.

Also hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If neither help a factory reset might but in all probability the watch is too damaged.
