Been having issues with getting my fitbit to sync with my phone and the fitbit app. Did a factory reset and now it won't turn on at all. Tried holding down the button for 15+ seconds, fitbit logo never appeared. Help!

I believe it should turn on when plugged into the powered charger.
Why do people keep doing a factory reset when this should be the very last thing, if ever, to try. Removing the tracker from the users account or a factory reset usually only add more problems.

I am having the same issue. However, I do not have the power lights on the back, when I plug it in it does not charge. Just turned off completely. Tried to reconnect to bluetooth, but because the device will not turn on, cannot find the device.

If you did s gactory reset, the heart rate lights will not be turned on.
The factory reset has removed the firmware.
What happenscif we do an add device through the Fitbit app?
There is nothing you can do through the phones bluetooth other than removing the tracker from the list.
