Versa Lite won't turn on after factory reset

My daughter's Versa Lite was continually turning off and on for a few days so we did a factory reset and now it won't turn on at all.  I have ensured it is fully charged and have held the power button down for at least 20 secs multiple times to try to restart it to no avail.

 

The watch is only 10 months old.

 

Have anyone any advice on what to do or try?

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your daughters Versa Lite. It sounds like you have already done everything I would have you do, so my next suggestion is to contact customer service HERE. Given that its less than a year old it should be under warranty.

I am having similar issue since 1 week , I had to do factory reset as it’s screen became dim was not  getting option of “ normal” but post which it always asking for Fitbit download with logo , I have restarted Fitbit , redownloaded the app , forget and again connect to device but update won’t complete I am really lost

My Versa 2 started doing this, too. I had to factory reset and it just keeps scrolling through different languages under the fitbit logo saying to download the app. The watch will not sync with the app and now the watch screen is dimming at the edges and pixelating so the logo becomes all blurry. It is fully charged and I have tried all the suggestions I can find on here 😞
